	Team Ruff Ryder has a mission as part of the best battalion in the 76th IBCT, Task Force 151. My intent is to insure that every soldier is proficient in their job and that we as a company accomplish every mission assigned to us in thundering fashion. Our company is constructed from many other companies, from soldiers out of Greencastle Indiana, to soldiers from Arizona who were in the IRR. We came together for the first time in August 2007, and today we have cohesion that is strong, we are family. The bond that we have made is rare but yet great. It is my commitment to the families, the stat of Indiana, and the United States to bring my soldiers home safe as best I can. We will prevail, and we will not fail. We are part of the best military in the world. We have the experience, we have the motivation and we have the tools to be successful, there is no doubt in my mind that we will be successful.
